·  Order Confirmation: Orders will be confirmed automatically by the system upon payment. In case of out-of-stock items or production difficulties for custom crafts, we will notify you via email within 24 hours and process a full refund unconditionally.

·  Price Adjustment: Product prices may be revised for promotional activities or raw material price changes, and no price adjustments will be made for orders that have already been placed and paid.

·  Product Description: We strive to ensure the accuracy of all product information (including size, color and material). Slight differences may occur in hand-made products due to manual production, and slight color differences may exist due to lighting or display variations, which are not deemed as quality issues.

·  Liability Limitation: We shall not be liable for full compensation for shipping delays, lost or damaged items caused by non-merchant factors (including natural disasters, courier errors and customs inspection). We will assist you with claims processing with the corresponding shipping carrier in a timely manner.

·  Custom Service Rules: Custom-made crafts require advance confirmation of design and details by both parties, and the advance payment is non-refundable once the production is started.
