·  Return & Exchange Application Period: Within 30 days upon receipt of the items (mainstream standard for European and American markets).

·  Return & Exchange Conditions: Items must be unused, with intact packaging and all original tags attached. Custom-made handcrafts (including custom kites, velvet flowers and porcelain paintings) are not eligible for return or exchange due to their unique personalization.

·  Return & Exchange Process: Contact our customer service via service@orientalcrafts.com → Provide your order number + clear product photos → Await our audit and approval → Return the items to the designated address → Get a full refund or item reshipment (for quality issues only).

·  Shipping Fee Responsibility: Shipping fees for quality-related issues will be fully borne by the merchant; shipping fees for return or exchange caused by personal reasons will be borne by the buyer, and the original shipping fee is non-refundable.
