1. How long does delivery take?
As some exquisite products require final manual inspection or customization based on orders, it usually takes about 7 working days for processing. International shipping normally takes 7-15 working days. We appreciate your patience—good work is worth the wait.
2. Can I modify or cancel my order?
You may contact customer service to make changes within 48 hours after order creation. No changes can be made once shipped.
3. What’s your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return guarantee. Items must be unused, unwashed and in original packaging.
For quality issues: we cover the return shipping fee.
For personal reasons (dislike / wrong purchase): buyer is responsible for return shipping.
If you receive damaged or wrong items: please contact us with photos within 48 hours of delivery, and we will resend or issue a full refund immediately.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 3-5 working days after we receive and inspect the returned items.
